This document establishes the terms, definitions, and general conditions that govern the interpretation and use of the services offered by GestiónPro through the website jugesta.com. Its purpose is to avoid ambiguities and provide a clear framework for both parties.

Key Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall mean:

"Platform": the set of digital tools, interfaces, and content accessible from the domain jugesta.com.
"User": any individual or legal entity that accesses, browses, or contracts any service offered on the Platform.
"Services": the business management, professional organization, and corporate development solutions described in the corresponding sections of the site.
"Content": any text, graphic, data, report, or material generated by GestiónPro or by third parties under license.

Scope of Application

These conditions apply to all interactions between the User and GestiónPro, including informational browsing, requests for quotes, contracting of plans, and use of administration tools. Any additional or customized service will require a supplementary written agreement.

These conditions prevail over any other verbal or written communication not formalized.
In case of contradiction between this document and the particular terms of a service, the latter shall prevail.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these conditions, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance.

User Responsibilities

The User agrees to use the Platform and Services in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and agrees not to carry out the following actions:

Enter false, inaccurate, or outdated data in registration or contracting forms.
Use the Platform for purposes other than those intended, such as disseminating unauthorized content or carrying out illegal activities.
Attempt to access restricted areas of the system without proper authorization.
Reproduce, distribute, or modify the Content without the express consent of GestiónPro.

Limitation of Liability

GestiónPro acts with the utmost diligence in providing its Services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors. Under no circumstances shall it be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or interruption of the User's business arising from the use of the Platform.

The maximum liability of GestiónPro to the User is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service in the last 12 months.
No responsibility is assumed for third-party content linked from the Platform.
The User releases GestiónPro from any claim arising from the improper use of the Services by its employees or collaborators.

Intellectual Property and License to Use

All intellectual property rights over the Platform, its design, source code, logos, and original content belong to GestiónPro or its licensors. The User obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for the duration of the contract.

Reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of the Platform's code is prohibited.
The User may not register trademarks or trade names similar to those of GestiónPro.
Reports and data generated by the User through the Platform are their property, but GestiónPro may use them in an anonymized form for statistical purposes.

Data Protection and Privacy

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at policy.html. In particular, the following is informed:

The data collected is strictly necessary for the provision of the service and will not be transferred to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting info@jugesta.com.
Technical and organizational security measures are adopted to protect information against unauthorized access.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.

For claims of an amount less than 2,000 euros, the parties shall submit to arbitration by the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Valencian Community.
In the event of nullity of any clause, the remaining ones shall remain in full force and effect.
The User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions in their entirety.
